Sue Dacre's beautiful puppets for Skitterbang Island at Polka Theatre. A new opera for 3-6 yr olds. I am designing the set and costumes. Opens on 7th July.

Summer Roses catching the sunlight and an intriguing bit of interior design within a block of flats. This has been half demolished for quite sometime now. How anyone can paint all 4 walls and the ceiling flourescent yellow is beyond me! I almost killed myself climbing on a litter bin to take the pictures of the demolished building! (all in the name of a photo....)

Unicorn Theatre, London

This is the rough sketch model for my latest work at the Unicorn. The play is set in a canopy of trees. The foliage of the trees will be made from at least 100 transparent umbrellas. The umbrellas will have designs painted on them with the idea that under light they will look like a hundred tiny stained glass windows. Well, we'll see!

Quilts 1700 - 2010 V&A Museum

This exhibition is just amazing and only on for a few more weeks - I can't recommend it enough. Allow a good few hours to get around. Such incredible stories behind the making of each piece. Labours of love.

I loved the more abstract pieces of Jo Budd as well as the earlier work. Go!
